Air Charter Quotes

Enter the departure dates and times in the form below to receive a charter quote. Click on the calendar and globe icons to choose your departing and arriving dates and cities. Please do not try to type in dates or destinations, use the helpful icons.

When you have chosen your departure and arrival destinations, each flight leg's arrival time will be calculated and displayed for you based on the leg's departure time. After completing all your desired flight information, submit the form for an approximate cost.

Filling out this form in no way obligates you to make a reservation. If you are interested in requesting a charter, you may fill out the Reservation Request after receiving a quote or bypass the quote tool and request a reservation directly. AB Charter will do its best to meet each charter request.

Charter Quote – Main Help

Instructions for filling out and submitting the Quote Form:

Click on the small calendar icon next to the textbox containing today's date. Then choose your Departure Date from the small calendar window and click 'ok'. Note - The arrival date will automatically be set by your Departure Date choice.

Now select the Departure Time you would like from the drop down menu on the departing leg. Note - After completing the information for the leg your Arrival Time will be calculated and selected based on your Departure Time.

To select your Departure City click on the small globe icon. Then choose your Departure City from the window that opens and click 'ok'. Do the same to select your Arrival City.

You may now go back and change your Arrival Time and the Departure Time will be calculated and selected based on the Arrival Time you chose.

To fill out the remaining legs of your trip, follow the same procedures above.

Once you have completed filling out the Departure and Arrival information, choose your Aircraft by selected the option button to the left of the Aircraft you wish to fly on.

Now that you have completed the form, press the submit button to receive a real time quote.

If you receive any errors, read the error message carefully, fix your error, and press the submit button again.

    As recently as summer of 2009, commercial air travel has become even more complicated and time consuming. Commercial first class customers have the same security requirements and screening protocols as coach ticket holders. Most commercial carriers recommend that you arrive 90 minutes prior to travel on domestic flights and 3 hrs in advance for International flights.

  • A good example is a common private charter jet trip from the NY area to Miami, Florida. On a commercial carrier like Continental Airlines has a departure time of 10:55 AM from Newark and an arrival time of 2:00 PM in Miami; a total trip time of 3 hrs and 9 minutes. If you follow the airline guidelines, your day looks like this:

    8:55 AM Arrive at Airport 10:55 AM Flight Departs 2:00 PM Flight Arrives 2:45 PM Get Checked Baggage Total trip time for CO438 is just under 6 hours if all goes as schedule. The same trip on a private charter jet would be 3.5 hours, a savings of 2.5 hours each way. So on a round trip flight you save over 5 hours of your time. How much is that worth to you? How much is it worth for four passengers traveling together?
